Here’s a Review from Amazon!

51hd5hPGBgL._SX331_BO1,204,203,200_“Breaking the Chains of Worry and Anxiety” is a precious gift. In lieu of painstakingly searching a lifetime for answers, one can find a compilation of core objectives from mainstream experts, treatment modalities, practical application, and most importantly lessons, love, and support from the greatest teacher of them all, the Lord. The author shares a meaningful path for those looking to live a life free from the chains that bind us from reaching our true potential as children of God. – Ruby Von Dwornick, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Here is one of the latest reviews from Washington:

As a psychologist and member of the LDS church, I have observed a recent surge in Mormons utilizing mindfulness to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. In his book, “Breaking the Chains of Worry and Anxiety,” Steve Davis effectively integrates LDS principles with empirically-supported mindfulness techniques. The dedicated reader will experience a richer understanding of the gospel while accessing cutting-edge anxiety management resources. With this unique blend, this self-help resource receives my full endorsement. – Brett T. Copeland, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist and author of “Sexual Development & Dysfunction,” University Place, Washington

Many thanks to all those who have helped me with this project, particularly my professional colleagues Gary Purse, Dallas Johnson, Nate Williams, and Sarah Price Hancock!

Publication Date set for June 4, 2016

On June 4th, my brother Bryce Davis would have celebrated his 54th birthday. It has been nearly 9 years since he lost his earthly battle to brain cancer. To celebrate his birthday, I will publish my book “Breaking the Chains of Worry and Anxiety,” which I have dedicated to his memory. You can download an advanced copy by clicking on this link: Breaking the Chains of Worry and Anxiety. Bryce lived great and died bravely. My book is based on the “Lessons from Liberty Jail” and my kid brother truly lived by this great Liberty Jail admonition — “If thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes.” (D&C 121:7-8.) Thank you Bryce for being such an example of optimistic courage, even while you faced impossible odds. You were and are the inspiration for a simple book I hope will help others face their own personal challenges.

I still have room for a few reviews I will include in the final print edition. Please send them to
