Breathing Happiness

One of the central mindfulness practices outlined in “Breaking the Chains of Worry and Anxiety” is a simple breath meditation. I recently discovered a remarkable TED talk on the value of breathing given by Dr. Emma Seppälä.  This ten minute talk is well worth the time to learn the value of just breathing, but doing so in a way that will help you control your emotions in more positive ways.  Here is the link:
